Position Summary
The Area Sales Manager serves as a central point of communication between Sulzer and its Customers. They are responsible for converting sales leads into orders. The ASM must work closely with the tendering team by providing clear scopes, market pricing, competitor information and customer feedback to increase the accuracy and competitiveness of proposals.

Contract and Onsite
Looking for an experienced network project manager to implement Starlink and Cradlepoint devices at 107 sites across the United States over a six-month period.
Tasks to include:
• Ordering and activation of devices – including configuration and shipping for CradlePoints.
• Coordination with local contacts on site for the set-up of the devices at the local site
• Travelling to sites to set up devices where local contact is unable to assist with install.
• Coordinating with the network team to for the timely deactivation of existing lines
Must have previous network device configuration and project management experience.
Must be able to keep track of multiple implementations at a time and be able to provide update to date tracking of activities and spend as well as a forward schedule of implementations.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Duties include but are not limited to:
· IT infrastructure support including network, server, and workstation for the business side of power plants
· Troubleshoot and configure networking equipment including Cisco and Fortinet
· Configure and support VMware
· Troubleshoot, configure, and support Windows servers within the virtual environment
· Troubleshoot, configure, and support Windows workstations of desktops and laptops with special focus on the clients using them
· Application support on end user machines. (PI, GADS, CEMS, etc.)
· Maintaining backups for multiple facilities
· Maintain patching schedules for all equipment
· Propose new IT infrastructure projects for plant management

At least 3 years’ experience in IT support required; 1 year in a plant. Previous use of ConnectWise manage and automate a plus.
Responsibilities
The Digital Solutions Technical Sales Representative is responsible for revenue generation and margin adherence in support of the overarching Digital Solutions North America (NAM) Budget. They will work in conjunction with Area Operations Managers and other product line personnel to develop opportunities and deliver top line growth for. The role will be accountable for delivering an accurate revenue forecast based on operational activity and expenditure plans by their customers. This is to be incorporated into the local Account Plan. Quotation generation and tender response is also a key job function. They shall, through liaison with the NAM Digital Commercial Manager and Account Managers, qualify strategic business opportunities for introducing
new technologies, products & services to both new and existing customers.

• Follows up on leads & opportunities assigned to them – creates, updates &
closes leads in SFDC
• Accountable for the technical review & commercial proposal using FieldFX
• Oversees the tender development and response process, ensures all resources
are available for highest quality submissions
